- I don't think we have a word for it in English. It used to be called the "crumb", but I'm pretty sure that that sense of crumb is obsolete. (Nowadays "crumb" means something rather different.) But, at the very least, you can take the relevant definition from crumb, rather than having to write it yourself. :-)
- I don't know of a Hebrew word for it, either, but that doesn't mean very much: my Hebrew vocabulary is not anywhere near as good as my English.
