Differences of ancient
[edit] I do not see any difference at the decl.tables. So, i think it would be better to keep on, above both etymologies, otherwise people will be looking for differences.
One difference in forms is that 'tie, fasten' also has as alternative the contracted δῶν, δοῦσα (sharing with δίδωμι) and δοῦν (also a form for δεῖ). And of course, they differ in meaning and related words.
@Erutuon, Mahagaja, I am sorry to bother you, and I apologize if some of my changes at the -έω bisyllabic verbs were not suitable. After all, I have no special training in ancient greek, just the usual one. Now, with the quarantine, I am trying to remember my schooldays. Thank you! Stay safe!! ‑‑Sarri.greek ♫ | 18:10, 10 April 2020 (UTC)
