Anylai, Vahagn, Borovi4ok. The etymology of this item, it's descendence from Ottoman اورنك and its possible connection with օրինակ need to be sorted out. Nishanyan argues for the Armenian connection, but also mentions possibility of the borrowing from other Turkic languages, in face of the fact that the item was present in Chagatay already in the 16th century. @Allahverdi Verdizade, I added some discussion to اورنك (örnek). Dankoff records use in Ottoman Turkish since late 14th century. In my opinion, the appearance of the word in Turkic languages far from Armenian should be explained by a borrowing from Ottoman Turkish. --Vahag (talk) 18:11, 15 June 2018 (UTC)

Hi @Allahverdi Verdizade, Nishanyan mentions the word might be a borrowing from a Western Turkic language such as Ottoman or its ancestor and not vice-versa. Dear @Vahagn Petrosyan, I think we should remove the words suggested relation to "gör-", it is highly unlikely and unhelpful. --Anylai (talk) 11:09, 17 June 2018 (UTC)

@Anylai, the derivation from "gör-" pops up very often. It is discussed in Vambery, Sevordyan, Eyuboğlu and forcefully advocated by Eren. If we delete it, people will keep readding it.
