I don't think this paradigm is particularly accurate; even in attested Ancient Greek, we can see a clear continuation of the -τήρ suffix ablauting from the e-grade in the 'strong' cases - nominative and accusative πᾰτήρ and πᾰτέρᾰ - and the zero-grade in the 'weak' cases - πᾰτρός and πᾰτρῐ́, consistent with what's listed in the PIE page Reconstruction:Proto-Indo-European/ph₂tḗr.
