Sauraseni Prakrit verbs formed by analogy

(discussion started at User_talk:Ash_wki#thukkadi,_thukkedi)

What are your sources for these Sauraseni verbs? Svartava2 (talk) 12:58, 30 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Unfortunately there is no direct source. By analogy with other examples of Sauraseni Prakrit verb forms compared to Ashokan Prakrit verbs and the Maharastri Prakrit forms, 𑀣𑀼𑀓𑁆𑀓𑀀𑀺 (thukkadi) should be the Sauraseni Prakrit form given the Ashokan Prakrit reconstruction *𑀣𑀼𑀓𑁆𑀓𑀒𑀺 (*thukkati) and the attested Maharastri form 𑀣𑀼𑀓𑁆𑀓𑀇 (thukkaΓ―). If you find this wrong you can delete the page for the lack of a direct source. Ash wki (talk) 16:56, 30 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
such entries aren't allowed. They will be deleted. See also the deletion of π‘€˜π‘€π‘†π‘€π‘‚π‘€€π‘€Ί (caαΉαΉedi). Don't create 'em. Svartava2 (talk) 12:45, 31 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Ash wki, Svartava2: Talk:𑀀𑀲𑀫. If theses pages are ever to be kept, they could be treated as inflected forms of 𑀣𑀼𑀓𑁆𑀓𑀇 (thukkaΓ―). Kutchkutch (talk) 13:00, 1 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
