@Justinrleung So in Philippine Hokkien, to say "I'm going home" is "我欲倒去". When you arrive home, to say like "I've come back home", we say "我倒來咯". So which one do we put? --Mar vin kaiser (talk) 05:55, 6 December 2020 (UTC)

返扯

@Justinrleung: in that case I believe no, since it sounds awkward. However, a person could ask if you have gotten home (as in walked through the door) by asking "你返扯咪？", to which you would reply, "我返咗" in the affirmative. I'm confused about the exact definition/scope of this module since 返扯 does mean "to go home" or "to return home", but why it's not considered equivalent to 回家.

This dictionary by CUHK considers it a synonym. Not being picky, just curious about the module's scope since I see you've reverted it back to only 返屋企. This term is definitely used in Vietnamese Cantonese for the Standard Mandarin equivalent of 回家 too, but 返扯 is also very common for "to go home". Moalli (talk) 06:02, 15 May 2021 (UTC)

@Moalli: Maybe I'm being picky, but to me, 返扯 seems like it would be 回家去 to be more exact. However, after some thought, I think it could be included in the module maybe.
