Clipping of Kaiser-Franzensbad (19th century). Formerly known as Egerbrunnen or Franzensbrunnen, the spa town was named Kaiser-Franzensdorf in 1793, in honor of Emperor Francis II. and later renamed Kaiser-Franzensbad. By surface analysis, Franz +‎ -ens- +‎ Bad
