Recently coined with glazer, which already mean a person that is used to fawning over someone or something. With the term D1 which is "Division 1" which means a spot (often in sports) that is the hardest spot to achieve. This means, "true hardcore glazing." In that sense, they will die while "glazing" that thing or person.

  1. (AAVE, slang, derogatory) a person that acts obsequiously to a person or piece of media of some , often used to group most of people like that together.
    The comment section to my video was full to the brim with D1 Loona glazers totally dickriding her.

Usage notes

This is often used to group many of the fawners under a umbrella term of who they are fawning over. Ex: "Too many D1 Kanye West glazers in this concert, ugh."
