Toto Glinda flying monkey(s) tin man Wicked Witch of the West (maybe just wicked witch) Surrender Dorothy there's no place like home Aunt Em if I only had a brain pay no attention to the man behind the curtain (or just man behind the curtain) Emerald City Munchkinland — This unsigned comment was added by Goodbai (talkcontribs).

I would caution against getting too zealous with new page creation. It's a significant film with a huge legacy, but make sure we're sticking to dictionary material and not turning into an encyclopedia. A word or phrase must have taken on a life of its own outside its original context to have a page. Globish 23:10, 24 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

"The following is a list of words and phrases which have entered the vernacular as a result of the cultural impact of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and The Wizard of Oz." Shouldn't it be an "English words from..." category, then?—msh210 (talk) 06:32, 31 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
