Inherited from Sanskrit เคถเคพเคฐเคฟเฅ (ลฤฬri, โmyna birdโ) + Middle Indo-Aryan -๐๐๐ธ- (-ikฤ-). Cognate with Pali sฤlikฤ, sฤแธทikฤ, sฤliya, Classical Sanskrit เคถเคพเคฐเคฟเคเคพ (ลฤrikฤ), เคธเคพเคฐเคฟเคเคพ (sฤrikฤ).[1]
