[edit]From an earlier *tayo, from Ashokan Prakrit π¨π¨Ώπ¨ͺπ¨©π¨ (trayo, nominative), from Sanskrit ΰ€€ΰ₯ΰ€°ΰ€―ΰ€Έΰ₯ (trΓ‘yas)[1] (see ΰ€€ΰ₯ΰ€°ΰ€Ώ (trΓ)). Cognate with Pali tayo. Related to π’πΊπ‘ππ‘πΊ (tiαΉαΉi).
