1. (derogatory) a nickname for the first Republic of China National Assembly, whose members were elected in 1947 and remained in office until the early 1990s due to the loss of the Chinese Civil War and the decision not to hold new elections for a seat until the original jurisdiction was "taken back" from the "Communist rebellion"
