From the phrase 厲害了我的國 / 厉害了我的国 (“My country is just awesome”) commonly used on mainland Chinese forums that praises the People's Republic of China but is ridiculed by its detractors, from the title of a 2018 documentary Amazing China (《厲害了，我的國》 / 《厉害了，我的国》), produced by China Central Television (CCTV).
