Etymology
[edit]According to Miscellaneous Records of the Western Capital, in the Han Dynasty period, Sima Xiangru and Zhuo Wenjun were living together in poverty in Chengdu. Sima would pawn (典鬻 (diǎnyù)) coats made from sùshuāng feathers and people would buy drinks on credit, and Wenjun would drink to her heart's content.
