နမောတဿ
Appearance
Pali

[edit]The one word forms are of limited geographical distribution.
Etymology
[edit]Univerbation of နမော (namo, “salutation”) + တဿ (tassa, “to him”). The bond of the two parts is weak, and some would attribute it to vagaries in the new Pali habit of separating words with spaces, which is not a practice in the vernacular languages written in the same script.
