Inherited from Middle Bengali আচ্ছা (accha), from Northwestern Indo-Aryan, from Prakrit 𑀅𑀘𑁆𑀙 (accha), from Sanskrit অচ্ছ (accha). Cognate with Hindi अच्छा (acchā), Punjabi ਅੱਛਾ (acchā).
