पौण्ड्रं दध्मौ महाशङ्खं भीमकर्मा वृकोदरः॥- pāñcajanyaṃ hṛṣikeśo devadattaṃ dhanañjayaḥ.
pauṇḍraṃ dadhmau mahāśaṅkhaṃ bhīmakarmā vṛkodaraḥ. - Hṛṣikeśa blew his conch shell, named Pāñcajanya, and Arjuna blew the Devadatta. Bhīma, the voracious eater and performer of herculean tasks, blew his mighty conch, named Pauṇḍra.
