Borrowed from Classical Persian تَر و تَازَه (tar u tāza), from تَر (tar, moist) +‎ و (u, and) +‎ تَازَه (tāza, fresh). Compare Punjabi ਤਰੋਤਾਜ਼ਾ (tarotāzā) / تَروتازہ (tarotāzh).
