Etymology

Parallel to and possibly borrowed from Old Church Slavonic раздражити (razdražiti). Cognate with Serbo-Croatian дра́жити (to pester, to anger) (1sg. дра̑жим), Slovene drážiti (to pester), Old Czech drážiti, Slovak dráżiť. Ultimately from Proto-Slavic *dražiti.
