[edit]- The singular form пенєж (penjež) is less common, but not obsolete. The two forms are often interchangeable, even in idioms and fixed phrases. However, the augmentative form пенєжиска n pl (penježiska) and the endearing form пенєжки pl (penježki) are plural only.
