Causative of кэпсээ (kepsee), the idea being that in a conversation, people "make" each other talk.

   кими кытта кэпсэттиҥ? ― kimi kıtta kepsettiñ? ― who did you (sg.) speak with?

   сахалыы кэпсэтэллэр ― saqalıı kepseteller ― they spoke Yakut

   киһи кэпсэтэн билсэр ― kihi kepseten bilser ― people get to know each other by talking

2. to collude, to conspire, to negotiate

   сарсын көрсөргө кэпсэттибит ― sarsın körsörgö kepsettibit ― we agreed to meet tomorrow
