Etymology

Referring to Iosif Kobzon, a musician and pro-Russian collaborator, whose funeral on late 2018 also led to the assassination of Alexander Zakharchenko, leader of the pro-Russian Donetsk People's Republic, on the next day.

Popularised since the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
