звідкіля
Appearance
Ukrainian
[edit]Etymology
[edit]Genitive singular form of Old East Slavic отъколѣ (otŭkolě) from Proto-Slavic *otkoljь. The presence of і rather than o in the penultimate syllable is likely due to the influence of the earlier form відкі́ль (vidkílʹ). Prefixed with з- (z-).[1]
