білору́с (bilorús, a Belarusian) +‎ русня́ (rusnjá, enemy Russians), or білору́с (bilorús) +‎ -ня́ (-njá). Referring to Belarusian online users being uncaring or supportive of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, or hostile towards Ukrainian users, making them more similar to Russians.
