Learned stereotype expression from Katharevousa. τὸ δέον γενέσθαι, literally, that which needs to become.
Singular neuter article τό, neuter present participle δέον (of δέω2 “need”) & middle aorist infinitive Ancient Greek γενέσθαι of γίγνομαι (to become).
