[edit]xylodextrin (plural xylodextrins)
- (biochemistry) An oligomer of xylose.

- These are then transported into the cells by cellodextrin and xylodextrin transporters and—in the case of xylodextrins—reduced before they are further processed to monomeric sugars by intracellular hydrolases.
