- job center, job centre, employment agency (A local branch of the Finnish työ- ja elinkeinoministeriö (“Ministry of Employment and the Economy”) that acts as employment agency, administrates public unemployment benefits and organizes vocational training, activation programs and counceling for the unemployed. The Ministry seems to prefer the English translation "TE Office" in their communication.)
