1. (nautical) To hoist to the yardarm.

     He cleared one of the tangled halyards and swiftly two-blocked the flag.

2. (nautical, colloquial) To rearrange (one's clothing) to make it look more tidy.
   • 1992, The Leatherneck, volume 75, page 12:

     […] wore a perfectly two-blocked field scarf and had razor-sharp creases that cut with a surgeon's precision right through the center of seven chevrons and the embroidered emblems on his sleeves.
