Numeral
[edit]- (cardinal number, decimal) Alternative form of tri deg (“thirty”)
- Yr oedd Tywyn ei hunan yn fwy na chilomedr o’r môr yr adeg hynny. Codwyd y Promenâd Fictoraidd yn 1889 ac eto, amwynder oedd hyn yn hytrach na wal y môr ac mae’n debygol na chyrhaeddodd y môr y wal o gwbl yn ystod y tri deng mlynedd canlynol.[1]
- Tywyn itself was more than a kilometre from the sea at that time. The Victorian Promenade was built in 1889 and again, this was an amenity rather than the wall of the sea and it is likely that the sea did not reach the wall at all during the following thirty years.
