- Based on data of SCAN SNP and CNV Annotation Database [ 58 ] assayed in lymphoblastoid cells, these SNPs appeared to exhibit transregulatory activity in CEU population: rs1455311 was associated with the expression of the NAPRT1 (nicotinate phosphoribosyl transferase domain containing 1) gene and rs12237222 influenced the expression of the CAT (catalase) and GYPE (glycophorin E) genes.
