1. (humorous) A supposed additional stomach reserved for desserts, in which someone who claims to otherwise have eaten their fill of regular food can always nonetheless fit a dessert.

   In mijn toetjesmaag is nog ruimte voor een stukje taart, maar voor groente zit ik helaas te vol. ― In my dessert stomach there is still room for a piece of cake, but I am unfortunately too full to eat any more vegetables.
