[edit]First attested in 1814. A playful derivation from teli (“full”) + -s (adjective-forming suffix) + tele (“full”). The word telis is not used independently.[1]

- full, to the brim, packed tight (to the point of being full, almost overflowing with something or with people; used with -val/-vel)
- Synonyms: telis-teli, színültig, csordultig, tömve
