- Burton’s voice going over all he’d told to me. As he spoke, de Granjerque didn’t interrupt, merely nodding impatiently to himself. Finally, my supersupernatural sleuth spoke.

- Second, concerning Packer’s neologism, “supersupernatural-ism” and the dangers of its obtrusiveness, I agree that one must remember that God is indeed the God of the mundane as well as the supramundane.

- But it's the simplest explaination. If you want to add a supernatural layer then that supernatural layer just exists because it is. Whatever necessary precursor to all of causality exists, it logically has to exist for no reason. But it is simpler to assume that the quantum precursors to our universe exist for no reason, because if you assume that some other supernatural thing exists, then why does that exist? If you could then find the mechanics of the supernatural to answer that, they would themselves be able to be explained as their own quanta, which either exist for no reason, or for a supersupernatural reason, and you can go on and one down that road forever. But each new step is inherently more improbability being heaped onto your base assumptions about the nature of reality. But just believing that everything exists for no reason makes you the least likely to be wrong. You might be wrong, but whatever would be the answer almost certainly does not look like any sort of supernatural explanation yet proposed, but, if it can be thought of as a sort of supernature, I will wait for a scientist to observe it and explain why he thinks that that is the best way to describe it.
