  1. to style (give a certain (appealing (and fashionable)) appearance)

    home staging (making a property look nice in preparation for selling it – pseudo-anglicism)
  2. (figuratively) to style (change (to make more attractive))
    styla om politiken för att tilltala fler
    restyle one's political policies to appeal to more people
  3. (colloquial) to do something (more or less superfluous) to show off
    Han körde i diket när han sladdade med bilen för att styla för kompisarna
    He drove into the ditch when he drifted his car to show off to ("style for") his friends
