slaska (present slaskar, preterite slaskade, supine slaskat, imperative slaska)

  1. (often with ner (down)) to spill (and make a mess)
    Du har slaskat ner hela duken med sås
    You've spilled sauce all over the tablecloth
  2. to be above freezing temperature (when there's snow on the ground, creating slask (slush))
  3. to add or record something without clear categorisation (often due to being deemed unimportant or lacking ways to properly categorise)
    Ingen av kategorierna passade, så jag slaskade in det under "Övrigt".
    None of the categories fit, so I slotted it under "Other."
