it's not even an insult. these days, most people don't even know what an actual skill issue is and just use it because it's an easy way to farm likes. / examples of skill issues: not grasping the controls, poor judgment, bad timing, no sense of direction, doing the same thing over and over and dying every time, etc. / examples of things that are NOT skill issues: connection problems, distractions, pet jumping on your lap/desk, matchmaking with randoms and getting bad teammates, other team is just that good, other team is a competitive group, teammates disconnecting, etc.
