[edit]Literally, “neither row, nor number”, with the ellipsis of nincs (“there isn’t; it doesn’t have, they don’t have”). From se (“neither”) + szeri (dialectal form of possessive-suffixed szere, from szer (“row”), obsolete in this sense) + se (“nor”) + száma (“its/their number”, from szám).
