right lane hog (plural right lane hogs)

  1. A motorist who occupies the right (especially rightmost) lane (passing lane) of a multi-lane road or highway, without moving over to allow faster-moving traffic to pass.
    Synonyms: right lane hogger, right lane hugger, right lane camper
    Coordinate terms: left lane hog, road hog, Sunday driver
