- And Christ tooke an order that these and all other holy things should be kept from prophanation in that Evangelicall præcept deliver’d in the same sermon, Nolite dare Sanctum Canibus, give not things holy to dogs, that is to prophane persons, keepe holy things from unholy men, dogs must not come into Churches.
