[edit]Etymology
[edit]Metathesised form of parmëz (“fowl breastbone”), derivative of parmë (“front; collarbone, breast”) + -ëz.[1][2] Traditionally connected with Proto-Slavic *pь̀rsь (“breast”),[3][4] though this raises many formal problems.
Noun
[edit]parzëm f (plural parzma, definite parzma)
