- 211. (1) Kull min jinsab ħati ta’ omiċidju volontarju jeħel il-piena ta’ priġunerija għal għomru. (2) Hu ħati ta’ omiċidju volontarju kull min, dolożament, bil-ħsieb li joqtol persuna jew li jqiegħed il-ħajja tagħha f’periklu ċar, jikkaġunalha l-mewt.
- 211. (1) Whosoever shall be guilty of wilful homicide shall be punished with imprisonment for life. (2) A person shall be guilty of wilful homicide if, maliciously, with intent to kill another person or to put the life of such other person in manifest jeopardy, he causes the death of such other person.
