[edit]Inherited from Ottoman Turkish اولور اولمز or اولور اولماز (olur olmaz),[1] from compound of olur (“(it)happens; possible, doable”) (3rd person singular simple present positive) + olmaz (“(it) doesn't happen; not possible, not doable”) (3rd person singular simple present negative).
