[edit]Ngamatji is the place Wurundjeri people believe the soul returns to after death, as a person becomes pale upon death, when Wurundjeri people saw non-Aboriginal people for the first time, they referred to them as "Ngamatji" to respectfully say to them 'go back to the place where you came from'[2]
