nerd pole (plural nerd poles)

  1. (video games, slang) Any tall, thin structure, usually only a few blocks wide, built in a voxel-based video game, especially one constructed by jumping and placing blocks beneath one's avatar.
    That guy is such a noob! Why would he use a nerd pole to get up there? Doesn't he know how to use ladders?
