[edit]- As for Tonal Class, Benson (1964) classifies this term into Class 4 with a disyllabic stem, together with kĩng'ang'i, ngũkũ, kĩeha, and so on.

- Premna maxima, a tree species of the family Lamiaceae (formerly Verbenaceae);[1][2] endemic to Kenya, producing timber, but in the IUCN Red List evaluated as 'Endangered' due to probable habitat loss caused by local development.[3]
