    Synonym: pampaalsa
    • 1905, “Exodo 12:18”, in Ang Dating Biblia[1]:
In the first month you are to eat bread made without yeast, from the evening of the fourteenth day until the evening of the twenty-first day.
In the third book of Walker (which was co-written by the preventive medicine expert Dr. John Parks Trowbridge), garlic extract, according to him, is also effective against diseases caused by yeast.
