From kosa (“enjoy”) +‎ -leg. Cf. Norwegian Bokmål koselig. Semantically identical to Swedish mysig.

Pronunciation

IPA^(key): /kuːʂəle/

The /ʂ/-sound comes probably because of the combination with the /l/-sound, like in some words with suffix -sel.
