  1. (slang) to break off a small piece from a block of hashish (e.g. for personal use when selling it, with or without mutual understanding)
  2. (slang, by extension) to take (a piece of) something (that belongs to someone else)
    – Jag fick bara elva lökringar och inte tolv som jag beställt. – Restaurangen knatchade dig.
    – I only got eleven onion rings and not twelve like I ordered. – The restaurant knatched you (took a piece).
