- An instiller.
- (medicine) A device for injecting controlled amounts of fluids or ointments into the urethra, consisting of a catheter with a fitting on the outside for a syringe.

- Exceptionally it is extremely difficult to determine just when the instillator catheter has been introduced to the proper depth.
