Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubating protein lysates (1 mg) with 2 μg of specific antibodies (α-ALK or α-ALK Y1604 ) at 4°C overnight, and the resulting immunocomplexes with 30 μl of Protein G-Sepharose beads for 2 h at 4°C. The immunoadsorbed pellets were washed 4 times with 1% Triton X-100 lysis buffer and heated at 95°C in Laemmli buffer.
